Most products are made to order to minimize waste so will take 3-5 business days to create and process. With shipping/delivery time added, please wait at least 7 business days before contacting about your order.

Shipping
All standard orders are shipped via USPS First Class within 5 business days after the products have been made and payment has been processed. Expedited orders are shipped via USPS Priority within 5 business days, and this option does not mean expedited processing - I will try my best to accommodate a quick production but I make many pieces by hand and go in chronological order of when orders were placed. All U.S. orders will come with a postal tracking number. Heritage & Bloom will not be responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
International shipping will vary depending on location. All duties and taxes will be the buyer's responsibility.
Refunds & Exchanges
All items are non-refundable. Due to the nature of my items, please select carefully and read through the product description before purchasing. If needed, please reach out for further questions about colors, materials, fit, etc.
